This stupid dialog is the most annoying one in Windows XP.  After downloading and installing updates, this idiotic-of-a-design dialog keeps popping up in XP, prompting you to 'restart' your computer!

How to disable this darn 'Restart Now' dialog?

• Got Start Menu and click on 'Run'
• Type “net stop wuauserv” in the box and press Enter
• Done!

This will disable the "Automatic Updates" service till you manually reboot your computer later.

I wonder what the 'engineers' at Microsoft were thinking when they 'designed' this feature!
