If you are a cable TV junkie and would like to be glued to what's on the air when travelling, you probably need Sling Media's SlingBox.

This nifty device allows you to watch live cable TV, anywhere, using your cell phone!  Of course, you need a 'compatible' cell phone and high speed wireless Internet access (like EDGE).

You connect the SlingBox to your video source (cable/satellite TV).  The other end connects to your home computer.  The home computer has to be connected to the Internet thro a broadband connection.

After you download Sling Media's SlingPlayer Mobile onto your cell phone, you can watch live TV from anywhere. You can also 'control' your TV by switching channels, etc.
